OPEN Conference is organized by WeAreOpen, a nonprofit diversity initiative founded in Hungary by Google, Prezi and espell in 2013. It is currently a community of over 1,000 companies and organizations, and has run more than 10 diversity campaigns locally.

WeAreOpen's mission is to show millions of people that openness is a value for organizations. We help businesses and employees experience, learn and demonstrate the benefits of inclusion.

OPEN is a not for profit conference. All revenues will go to the WeAreOpen nonprofit entity, to produce further diversity programs and campaigns.
